1. What we collect
When you use the platform, we collect:
- Account info: email, first and last name, role.
- Activity: lessons completed, trades logged, certificates earned.
- CRM sync data: we store a GoHighLevel contact ID to keep your portal data in sync with our CRM.
- Authentication tokens: managed by Supabase, used to keep you signed in securely.
2. How we use it
We use your data to deliver the course, track your progress, issue certificates, sync with our CRM (so emails and automations work), and respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Service providers
We use a small set of trusted vendors to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
- Vercel — hosting
- GoHighLevel — CRM, workflows, community
- Resend — transactional email delivery
Each vendor has its own privacy practices. We’ve picked them for their strong data handling reputations.
4. Your rights
You can:
- Edit your profile in your settings page.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.

5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted at rest in our database), strict row-level security policies, and never expose secrets in the browser.
6. Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated via email.
